What is the best part about your compensation package?
My favorite perk is our open PTO policy, which allows us to actually take advantage of all the flight deals we find!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is always thinking ahead, asking for input and feedback from employees, and very transparent with where we are headed and why. I feel as though my contributions are truly valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm relatively new to the team, and my colleagues have been so supportive and helpful as I find my way. Everyone seems truly happy to work together every day, which is unlike any other work culture I have experienced.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed getting to meet with a couple of members of my team in advance, so we could see if we'd be a good match. I enjoyed that the interview process worked both ways...with them interviewing me, but also me interviewing the company to ensure a good fit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is comprised of people staying true to themselves. It's so refreshing! I feel like I can really be myself at work, and am not judged for being a little quirky or different. The environment is one of pure collaboration, which is rare for a fully remote company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel so supported and free to be creative, whether asking for help with a project or trying something new that we haven't done before as a company. It's a very honest environment, and I'm happy to come to work each day with others who are also excited to be here.
