What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our culture is comprised of people staying true to themselves. It's so refreshing! I feel like I can really be myself at work, and am not judged for being a little quirky or different. The environment is one of pure collaboration, which is rare for a fully remote company.
Work-life balance and trust. These two work hand-in-hand but I'm fully trusted to complete my projects on a schedule that works for me.
