What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed getting to meet with a couple of members of my team in advance, so we could see if we'd be a good match. I enjoyed that the interview process worked both ways...with them interviewing me, but also me interviewing the company to ensure a good fit.
Clear steps, transparent conversations, not a lot of repeat questions (you can tell they were thoughtful in outlining questions ahead of time), and tons of updates along the way.
I loved that everyone I spoke to were genuinely interested to learn more about me and to share their experience. It was a very personal experience and I never felt like just another candidate in their pipeline.
