The leadership team is always thinking ahead, asking for input and feedback from employees, and very transparent with where we are headed and why. I feel as though my contributions are truly valued.

Our leadership team is receptive to feedback and actually uses it to make changes. They're not shy about admitting their shortcomings and how they plan to improve. I value their honesty and vulnerability. Most importantly, they empower their teams to make decisions and support them in reaching goals

I enjoyed getting to meet with a couple of members of my team in advance, so we could see if we'd be a good match. I enjoyed that the interview process worked both ways...with them interviewing me, but also me interviewing the company to ensure a good fit.

Clear steps, transparent conversations, not a lot of repeat questions (you can tell they were thoughtful in outlining questions ahead of time), and tons of updates along the way.
