Highly qualified and hard working freelancers.

An open and trusting culture from management rather than cynical disregard and exploitation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexible hours and location as it is Internet-based.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The liquidation of the company. It's a lost cause and culturally incapable of positive change.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Cavalier, dehumanising treatment of highly-qualified freelancers as infinitely disposable and replaceable. This could be improved by at least showing some responsibility, good faith and loyalty.
