Horrible, stress-inducing, unstable. I was treated as a number with arbitrary assessment by unqualified people who made glaring factual errors and acted unreliably, changing their positions daily.

Support and loyalty from management. Basic competence from so-called "quality assurance."

An open and trusting culture from management rather than cynical disregard and exploitation.

The liquidation of the company. It's a lost cause and culturally incapable of positive change.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Cavalier, dehumanising treatment of highly-qualified freelancers as infinitely disposable and replaceable. This could be improved by at least showing some responsibility, good faith and loyalty.
