What's the interview process like at Scripps Health?

It can be lengthy, but seems very fair. Interviews are non-pressured, although differing departments may have slightly differing styles. That said, the interview process is standardized to a point, so you're unlikely to find too many interviewers with rampant artistic license. Typically only one interview after HR clearance; uses Taleo, so it certainly isn't extremely intuitive, but patience usually is the best policy, despite a seeming lack of progress updates within the system from application to interview.
