Eduardo A. Hauser — Managing Director of Latin America and the Caribbean at Scripps Networks Interactive

Mr. Eduardo A. Hauser has been Managing Director of Latin America and the Caribbean of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since March 2016. Mr. Hauser served as Managing Partner of Hauser & Co. from April 2013 to March 2016. He served as the President of ePals Media at Cricket Media Group Ltd., was responsible for ePals' media division and assets. Prior to joining ePals, Mr. Hauser was Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Nexify, He founded DailyMe, Inc. in 2005 and served as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Hauser served as Executive Vice President of AOL services and Executive Vice President of Business Affairs of America Online Latin America Inc. since July 2003 and also served as Vice President of AOL services, from January 2001 to June 2003. He has two decades of experience in media and technology. Mr. Hauser served as Vice President of Business Affairs of America Online Latin America Inc., from January 2002 to July 2003 and from January 2002 to July 2003. He also served as Vice President of Corporate Development of America Online Latin America Inc., from March 1999 to January 2001. Before joining America Online Latin America Inc., Mr. Hauser was employed from September 1988 to March 1999 by different companies in the Cisneros Group, serving in a variety of positions, including Vice President of News of Venevisi??n from September 1997 to March 1999, and as Managing Director of Highgate Properties, a company within the Cisneros Group from September 1993 to September 1997. Mr. Hauser spent 11 years with the Cisneros Group of Companies in various roles including Vice President of News and Information of Venevision (a leading television network in Venezuela) and Chief of staff to its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has been Director of National Public Radio, Inc. since 2007. He serves as on the board of NPR, the Knight Foundation's Journalism Advisory Board. He serves as a Trustee at Pine Crest School and Duke University's School of Law. Mr. Hauser served as a Director of RingCentral, Inc. Mr. Hauser served as a Director of DailyMe, Inc. Mr. Hauser also serves on the Journalism Advisory Board of the Knight Foundation and the Board of Visitors of Duke University School of Law. Mr. Hauser holds a law degree from Caracas' U.C.A.B and a master's degree from Duke University's School of Law.
