Lori Hickok — Executive VP, Chief Financial & Development Officer at Scripps Networks Interactive

Ms. Lori A. Hickok has been the Chief Financial Officer of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since February 19, 2015. Ms. Hickok has been an Executive Vice President of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since February 19, 2015. She served as an Executive Vice President of Finance at Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since February 2010 until February 2015. She served as a Senior Vice President of Finance of Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. from July 2008 to 2010. Ms. Hickok served as an Executive Vice President of Finance - Lifestyle Media operating division at Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since January 2010. She served as Vice President and Controller of The E. W. Scripps Company from 2002 to January 7, 2008. She joined Scripps in 1988 as a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance Department. Ms. Hickok served as Chief Analyst for Corporate Development since January 2002. She worked most of her career at Scripps as a Financial Manager in Scripps's former cable television systems division, which merged in 1996 with Comcast Corporation. Ms. Hickok left EW Scripps after the merger to serve two years as Vice President of Finance for Paramount Kings Island in Cincinnati. She returned to Scripps in 1999 as Controller of its new media operations. She began her career as a Certified Public Accountant in 1985 at the accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney, where, over a three-year period, she served as a staff accountant,auditor and then senior auditor. Ms. Hickok graduated in 1985 from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, with a bachelor's degree in business, majoring in accounting and finance.
