Mr. Simone Nardi has been the Managing Director of Finance & Operations for International Division at Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc. since October 2015 and served as its Chief Financial Officer of Scripps Networks International since November 01, 2013. Mr. Nardi served as a senior vice president and chief financial officer for NBC Universal's international channels and television production operations where he developed and managed the financial, strategic and operational structure of these divisions. Prior to that, he served as vice president and chief financial officer for NBC Universal's business development division in New York. He also served briefly as interim chief financial officer and treasurer at Hulu. Mr. Nardi joined General Electric Industrial Systems in 1998 and completed its financial management program before moving to the corporate audit staff in 2001. NBC Universal formerly was an operating division of General Electric. Mr. Nardi earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and business administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, where he graduated summa cum laude.
