What do you like best about the leadership team?they listen. they give me lots of autonomy to do my job
What are some of the best things about your team?people listen and teach each other really well. and the manager listens when we say we need something; and only pushes back if there's a really good reason
What makes you most happy at work?getting to solve interesting problems. i get a lot here. and working with my friends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?i'v been promised a raise/promotion for a while now.....
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Understanding the reality of how our product is perceived by the market today and working towards building a cohesive strategy to address product shortfalls and gain market share.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? There is no clear strategy in place. Leadership is listening to consultants instead of the customer base and the field. Onboarding new customers is not a repeatable process. To attract and keep talented people there needs to be clear goals and systems in place. Right now it is disorganized at best.
