bonus, term insurance, and health insurance, annual growth
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that in my position there are people making $20K more than what I currently make, although we do the exact same job.

facilities, fair decisions, always take care of employees, process

good process and flexible team. No need to take the load of the work, can able to get help from other network centers
