Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think the company has done a proper market analyst of the area in which I work. Had they done this it would show that my compensation of salary and benefits is far below what is being offered at other companies for my same position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team work as a cohesive unit and strive to maintain the company goals on a daily basis.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
my coworkers need empathy and understanding of the population we deal with

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the staff could benefit from som culture sensitivity training and get a real description of the educational level. casac-t will comfort the doctor telling them they don't know how to diagnose
Hold employees more accountable for their negative attitude and actions
