As a long time employee, I can answer this as the current leadership team. This team is the best overall qualified team. Each has their value and expertise and blend well together.

They lead but keep me engaged with respect and honor. I am not only free to make decisions, I am expected to make decisions. My manager provides guidance and tutoring to keep me on the correct path.
