Ms. Tammy Hoffman joined Seaman Corporation in October 2005. She has over 25 years experience in Finance and Accounting, in both privately held and public companies. Previously, she served as Chief Financial Officer of a Japanese-owned audio equipment distributor in Hudson, Ohio and CFO of a software development start-up company in Cleveland Ohio. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Finance for a division of Perkin-Elmer LAS, a Fortune 500, FDA regulated manufacturer of neonatal screening chemistry. After graduating from Bowling Green State University, she began her Accounting career in the Cleveland office of Arthur Andersen & Co. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Ohio.
