What do you like best about the leadership team?
The direct/lower level management is freat
they do a good job of communicating and setting realistic expectations while ridding the line of stretch goals
They allow us make mistakes, they also allow us think for ourselves which I believe is a great trait

What are some of the best things about your team?
they are all very nice and competent
My team has a no phone policy during meetings. Its something I love to experience unlike in my previous station of work
My team have a clear and defined channel of communication and also the seniority is respected in regards to work.
We can have very productive meetings while also making them fun and personable.
They are passionate about our product and what we want to achieve to provide value for our customers.

How quick it was and the response times
It was a straight forward process and the answers came back very quickly
The timelines of getting back to me were very clear and straight
They were not trying to be super scary and intimidating. They are just trying to find the right fit!

The leaders and the co workers
the fact that I feel valued and appreciated. Add to it is the course they offer
The fact that i don't have to dress official and come to work on set times. as long as the hours are put in

We are mission oriented and everyone is on the same page. We address confusion rapidly and communicate frequently. Everyone understands the role they play to ensure our success.
