What are some of the best things about your team?
Our culture - hands down. We are so inclusive of diverse ideas and diverse in our backgrounds and experiences and it shows constantly. We have 7 offices across 4 countries. It's amazing to see our collaboration come to fruition everyday and the respect everyone has for one another.
Creative, intelligent, kind, and hard-working.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have guiding principles and values we live by. We are encouraged to fail and learn from our mistakes. We are encouraged to take PTO days and enjoy life. We are encouraged to learn and grow through educational stipend. We are encouraged to drive change and build a legacy - moreso are trusted to.
I love my coworkers, I feel like it's a really positive place to work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The culture interview - Three-four employees are given the chance to interview candidates for a cultural interview to see if they would be great cultural adds. I've never done one before this. It shows how committed they are to building a strong, lasting foundation.
Getting to meet multiple people throughout the company. The level of intentionality and care that goes into each stage of the process.

Supportive leadership and shared mission and values.
Coming to work to my coworkers and a leadership team that cares about our well-being, the product we deliver to our customers, and the fact that we are helping solve a big problem during such a pivotal time in ecommerce.
When the team works together to create something cool.
