What makes you most happy at work?Coming to work to my coworkers and a leadership team that cares about our well-being, the product we deliver to our customers, and the fact that we are helping solve a big problem during such a pivotal time in ecommerce.
What did you like most about the interview process?The culture interview - Three-four employees are given the chance to interview candidates for a cultural interview to see if they would be great cultural adds. I've never done one before this. It shows how committed they are to building a strong, lasting foundation.
