I have not been able to fully flourish in my current role over the last several months due to the inability to reasonably distribute critical tasks down to team members and truly manage us forward on larger shared objectives. I hope to transition to the level I need to be most valuable.

I do not feel undervalued. I understand the difficulty with balancing salary increases with the exponential increase of inflation. However, I also feel that my efforts should be compensated more efficiently. With this said, Sectigo is becoming more creative in their benefits to compensate.
