Our pay wasn't very good, and now it has improved. Our benefits has gotten a lot better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to accomplish a lot in a very short amount of time without waiting for others to approve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our new CHRO brings a sense of kindness and grace to the team and I can tell our leadership team's dynamics have become more people centric which is nice.
