It has been a rollercoaster 3 years but the past year things have calmed down and I feel very good about Sectigo's future.

I love my team! They are what keeping me laughing, energized, and coming back to work every day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job and to be able to do the work without the office politics is always a blessing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This new leadership team is very keen on putting process and structure to the team, which has made night and day differences since earlier this year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture at Sectigo is unique. Most employees are based either in an office or working remote. There is a lot of diversity among the teams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the newly added benefits. The rates are really good too. The company shows a genuine interest in investing back to the employees which is a very good thing to see.
