What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the leadership at Secitgo is direct and honest about successes and failures within the company, in addition to providing/collaborating about realistic solutions when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued. I understand the difficulty with balancing salary increases with the exponential increase of inflation. However, I also feel that my efforts should be compensated more efficiently. With this said, Sectigo is becoming more creative in their benefits to compensate.
