I think because the employee engagement surveys aren't actually anonymous, it limits what Sectigo employees say on them giving an inaccurate idea of what employees need/want and how they are doing.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My pay and the dedication of my manager to ensuring that I am paid fairly and equitably.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to work from the comfort of my own home and that my Team is always willing to help each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My environment is great, based on my manager, Megan Martin. Overall, the culture and environment leads something to be desired. If our employee engagement surveys were truly anonymous - that might help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We don't need more office space, we need investment in workable Finance solutions such as upgrading and/or replacing our OMS and choosing one software that fits all for billing, accounts receivable, sales, and accounting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team does what needs to be done regardless of how we are treated from the Executive Team, Sales Team, or anyone else. We look into workable solutions to whatever the next goal of the company is.
