I have been with the company since 2019 and I really enjoy the work that I do. I am very happy about the work/ life balance. Working from home allows me to get the work done and be with my family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like more compensation and a better bonus.
What makes you most happy at work?
My customer's responses. They appreciate my timely resolution for their issues.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard together to make sure our tasks are done. We have very good communication with each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the town hall meetings, but I wish they could have given us something for the Holidays. A little more appreciative.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like it when my manager acknowledges my work, and when she notices the progress in my cases or the accounts that I have collected.
