I joined SSL247 6 years ago. Since the acquisition, times have been tough for us and a lot of people have left the company. I changed departments because the one I was in was made redundant. It's only now that we can once again feel confident about our position.

the salary is okay but it's hard to have signifying raise and we don't have bonuses in our department
