Its a Business its here to make money. They do make you feel like a person and not another employee robot

Management needs training and developing interpersonal skills, Desperately need diversity in leadership
Being people that care about the workforce that pays their salary
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They pay for Half the health insurance and they provide life Insurance and disability to me directly

Everyone is very willing to help
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have family members that are more empathetic and give them some training in people skills. The executive team can be tyrannical, fearful and abusive. The building is nice, the snacks are great, the people are great, management rules out of fear and not care and consideration.
