I did not enjoy working at this company. In my opinion, most of management are mean and unkind. The CEO says they do nepotism well which is the most laughable aspect of this business. They'll take care of their own family at your expense and then turn on you if you step out of line.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management needs training and developing interpersonal skills, Desperately need diversity in leadership
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Have family members that are more empathetic and give them some training in people skills. The executive team can be tyrannical, fearful and abusive. The building is nice, the snacks are great, the people are great, management rules out of fear and not care and consideration.
