Mr. S. Andrew Quist has been Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Security National Financial Corporation. since 2010 and 2007 respectively. In addition, Mr. Quist has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of C&J Financial, LLC since 2010. He serves as Vice President and Treasurer of National Alliance of Life Companies. He served as Vice President of C&J Financial, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Security National Financial Corp from 2008 to 2010. He serves as the President of the Utah Life Convention, a consortium of Utah domestic life insurers. Since April 11, 2013, He has been a Director of the National Alliance of Life Companies (NALC), a national trade association of over 200 life insurance companies. He has been a Director of Security National Financial Corporation. since July 12, 2013. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and received his law degree from the University of Southern California.
