You can't successfully be the acting CEO at two companies and do either well. There is no focus from the executive team starting with the CEO
What's the company culture like at Securonix?
The culture is filled with arrogance and infighting. Everyone is out for themselves including the CEO who is trying to run two companies. He does neither well. Steer clear at all costs unless you enjoy pain and suffering.
