Seek Capital, LLC Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Commission and spiffs! We have a weekly spiff competition and it pays out nicely. This plus the ad hoc spiffs makes for a nice chunk of change each month extra

Sales Commission is very lucrative.

Review from Sales Dept

I'm paid well for my job and i continually hit my bonuses each quarter.

I'm paid well and have received several merit based pay increases.

Performance based pay. The better I do, the better I'm paid. I also like the regular spiffs for performance.

Review from Sales Dept

Not much of a compensation package. Would like to see more options. Know they're looking into it. Good insurance package.

Commission is great and paid on time

Review from Sales Dept

I'm rewarded for my hard work with additional bonuses.

My goals for increases in pay and bonuses are clearly stated and are in direct correlation with my day to day tasks. My ability to earn increase in pay is in my control.

The ability to make as much money as you want with the uncapped commission structure. If you work hard to you will earn more.

Review from Sales Dept

I am paid off performance. The better the company does, the better I am paid.

Review from Sales Dept

Equity compensation is the best part.

I am compensated based on my performance meaning if i hit my numbers i am paid exceptionally well. If i do not work hard that is reflected in my paycheck.

Commission is great. I love that I have the opportunity to earn based on my performance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I dont once you do well in the company which is fairly easy compensation can improve drastically within a 3 month period of time. A lot of room for growth

Review from Sales Dept

annual bonuses. Recognition for hard work

More investment (401K, matching) and supplemental insurance benefits (Life, STD/LTD, and Special Illness policies) would round out the advantages to working here well.

Review from Sales Dept

I don't feel undervalued, I do feel I am compensated fairly for my position. I mean everyone loves more money but I do get paid well. I would love a 401k in the future but that's the only thing I would change.

liveable hourly base wage for employees

I do not feel undervalued. In regards to compensation, there is numerous amounts of opportunities to control your destiny in regards to compensation.
