I do not feel undervalued. In regards to compensation, there is numerous amounts of opportunities to control your destiny in regards to compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The fact that they are constantly looking for ways to improve the sales team as a whole. Continuously looking to motivate & bring innovative ideas to contribute to the sales team as a whole.
