What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We make everyone feel welcome and involved, the parties are a blast and everyone has a great sense of humor.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team spirit, we all help each other out even when one doesn't ask. I myself have cultivated friendships I will have for years to come thanks to Seek.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How involved they let us be in changes and new things happening at the company, how they really give us the opportunity to manage ourselves and just step in when help is needed or to give pointers on how to be better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, I do feel I am compensated fairly for my position. I mean everyone loves more money but I do get paid well. I would love a 401k in the future but that's the only thing I would change.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager was very easy to speak to and made me feel way less nervous than I normally am during interviews. It was more the company getting to know about me as a person than it was me trying to prove myself.
