My goals for increases in pay and bonuses are clearly stated and are in direct correlation with my day to day tasks. My ability to earn increase in pay is in my control.

What makes me most happy at work are my coworkers. I work with a fantastic team of young professionals. We all work towards our successes together and make sure to have fun along the way.

The interview process is very straight forward. Give an elevator pitch about yourself, your education, your past employment history, and what you could bring to the company. Some subsequent questions about strengths, positive qualities, etc.

The company culture at Seek is fantastic. We are given breakfast and lunch once a week, free drinks and beer on Fridays, and company outings. We are encouraged to work hard, but also blow off steam and play hard as well.

Our leadership at Seek does their best to be transparent and make sure their staff feels comfortable coming to them with any problems they come across. They work to focus on the positives and strive to give staff constructive criticism to make them better employees

My team does an excellent job of communicating with one another, working together towards common goals, and stepping in to different roles when needed. Each person in my department has done multiple roles, allowing us to step into other positions seamlessly when we have an unexpected absence.
