We have a lot of fun, we work hard and we are continually being pushed and challenged to be better. I personally love the culture of continual improvement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people who help one another to achieve more. It's competitive yes, but we also help one another.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Performance based pay. The better I do, the better I'm paid. I also like the regular spiffs for performance.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was very relaxed, the questions weren't the boiler plate interview questions, they were very much based around understanding the character of the candidate, me in this example.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people on the team are great, we don't have any negative people. The management team is always positive and supportive. We have regular sales meetings and sales training sessions which drives the positive energy for everyone!
What makes you most happy at work?
Each day is a learning opportunity and an opportunity to accomplish more. We have a great sales management team that is always pushing us to be better with enhanced training and new products to offer. I love that it's never boring.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Seek have a strong focus on being open and available to the entire team. I've worked in organizations where no one has access to the exec team and that creates a divide between teams. At Seek, we are all able to interact with the exec team, including the CEO.
