What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation if competitive in the local market and continues to get better. The generous PTO and shares are my favorite.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have little get-togethers in the kitchen area where the company provides food and that encourages us to all hang out together and catch up. It's a nice break from the day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to talk to my future team as people. Along with some technical questions I also got to hear what they wanted out of their future. It was a good exchange.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At any given point I can see someone from the executive team and they ask me how I'm doing. There aren't a lot of companies that have that type of environment. It makes you feel like you matter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of people that are eager to learn new things. When a new project arises we look forward to the learning process and getting to expand our knowledge. No one is stuck in their ways.
