What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed 4 years ago when we were 100 employees, so I don't think my feedback is particularly relevant now that we're at 800 employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unprecedented transparency. I have never worked at a company that values honesty and being forthright as much as what's instilled by our leadership team here at Seismic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are a true team, always willing to help each other out. No one acts as if they are 'above' doing something or that it's 'someone else's job.'
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy about the opportunity that is presented to us at Seismic to grow this company into one of the truly great business software companies on the planet.
