We're doing great things and leadership makes sure we know it - but doesn't let it go to our heads.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open books, positive but also realistic, and you can tell they truly care about their work and every single person that works here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is always friendly competition that helps us be the most successful and productive we can be without the negative consequences that can typically come with such competition. Everyone get's along and that's a big draw for new people coming in.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I came in multiple times and each time met new people! Because of this I got diverse answers to my questions which helped me get a better understanding of my role and the culture. I also met with some familiar faces which helped me feel comfortable and important in the process.
