It's been awesome - the work is interesting, the people are the best. It's the kindest company I've ever worked at, it honestly seems strange to me that this company is real because it's so great. Sounds cheesy but is 100% accurate.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm paid very well and have awesome benefits - I only pay about $5 a month for eyecare insurance, the rest is covered by my employer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They're very flexible. They expect your work to get done and to be done well but there is no micromanaging and your schedule is yours to create however is best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is extremely kind and helpful - I have had coworkers schedule meetings with other people to review issues that I alone are experiencing. They're always ready to help and are also friendly and a lot of fun.
