Quarterly bonuses are great, and compensation is about on-par, could be a little higher in some cities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is down to earth and pays attention to what's happening all across the company, while still staying strategic and forward thinking.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview process was fairly streamlined, while there were a lot of different interviews, often they were within the same block of time, only one onsite.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very collaborative and everyone is willing to pull together and get it done. Training and ramp is a breeze with all of the readily-available information.
