What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Incredible autonomy and life balance. And people are receptive to your ideas, even from afar or in different departments, senior or junior.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Great people. I like being around smart people, and it's fairly obviously the vast majority of our staff is above average in this area.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to make decisions as I see fit and not be nitpicked or questioned. Advised maybe, but never slandered for my own decisions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not incredibly intense on specifics. More about the nature of who you are and how you get things done - not about specific targets and goals achieved in the past.
