Everyone is in it for the same reasons. We all love our company and each other and that makes this a really unique and fun place to work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love problem solving, something by manager has recognized and leverages. This means I get the kind of work I like doing. Then there's all the free food!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with several members of my future team but it was a two way interview. I felt comfortable asking them questions as well to make sure Seismic was a good fit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our time off is great and you can easily avoid paying anything for health insurance if you want to, but it doesn't take much additional money to pay for the top tier offerings either.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is a family. We have each others backs inside and outside of work. It's recognized that we all have different strengths and we rel on each other to help in our weaker areas.
