What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is large enough with geographically dispersed teams. Despite that challenge, it feels small and connected through easy collaboration and communication.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is diverse and dedicated. I have made some good friends that all care about the success of the company and our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is on par with the industry. As a seller, there are never any concerns about commission, they are fair, clear, and paid on time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team (all of them not just CEO) are accessible by any employee and even our customers/prospects. It is a very open culture with the caring, smart, and dedicated leadership.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had access to the top level executive responsible for my department, early in the interview process. This made it easy to have my questions addressed and to make sure I was a good fit for the position.
