What do you like best about the leadership team?
They push you to be your best, they encourage you to share your input and ideas and really want you to be successful.
Our leadership is always open for constructive criticism and positive changes.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
SSI falsifies pay rates (rather than paying the agreed upon rate to their contract employees, they pay them less than they tell the customer they are paying them and Sodhi pockets the difference). SSI also pays their contract employees late - in violation with many states' labor laws
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is an all incusive package!

We work cohesively for the betterment of the organization.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Refuse to carry out unscrupulous/illegal activities even though the activities are directed by the owner of the company.
