What does the leadership team need to get better at?SSI falsifies pay rates (rather than paying the agreed upon rate to their contract employees, they pay them less than they tell the customer they are paying them and Sodhi pockets the difference). SSI also pays their contract employees late - in violation with many states' labor laws
