What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very good good good
Real people who have worked the way up from my position so they understand the daily grind and what is needed to do to achieve your goals

Great leaders but they can get overwhelmed.
Encouraging, positive, motivating, and constantly training us on how to better meet our goals and be successful.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything equal treatment, respect and communication
From my experience the only thing leadership is concerned with is the number of sales you make. They do not care how unethical you have to be to get those sales as long as you get them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance benefits doctors in network
Incentives for making more through commissions
Benefits from day one is a big plus
Very comprehensive but a bit expensive
We are given the tools and the freedom to earn as much as we desire.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The monkey is the only conglomerate structure that is global and the other one is president
Benefits could be better than they are.
They do a bait and switch on the pay. You're offered the position at one pay rate and after accepting are told your pay rate will dropcobsiderably.
If you are not in tier 1 for sales you will not be treated or paid fairly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Focus and motivation drive goal orientated

Just don’t talk to them. They have their noses so far up their supervisors behinds and are very untrustworthy. They will snitch, and then lie about i

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Money money money money money

Lots of effort being put into this new remote culture
Achievements are recognized sometime on an hourly basis. Positive feedback increases productivity and the desire to do our very best with each potential insured that we make contact with. There are contests and other spiffs running at all times, daily and hourly perks and bonuses.

They were excited had high eneergy
It sounded promising, i thought they give you the chance to grow and learn to be able to scalate in the company.
it's fast and efficient not awhile of running around

As a recruiter I probably wouldn't tell my perspective employees that the hiring manager didnt want to hire them initially.

We are not like many of our competitors that advertise on TV. We actually CAN find you the best coverage for your family and always at the lowest price possible. I affect my clients lives by solving a problem, I can change lives for the better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The entire ethos of the company is to make money. They care about nothing else.
The trick people to call using deceptive marketing and rely on high pressure sales to get the numbers.
