Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Recruiters advertised to hire people new to sales and insurance providing weekly one on one meetings with manager. Instead zero one on ones were provided during two months of production and afterwards was told we were no longer new. Other companies advertise 6 months ramping period for new agents.

Our mission is not about selling a quick product. Our mission is to protect families. Day 1 coverage is the goal with each client. We are aligned with all the top carriers in the US and I feel like we ALWAYS are able to find each person the best policy at the best price.

Constant changes are all aimed at reducing your salary while lead quality is very poor. Most people have no idea why they are being transferred before you introduce yourself. CEO and the rest of the c-suite are making all the wrong moves constantly. Most of the top agents have left already.

This employer says it cares about woek life balance, but they do not. Even though calls were few and far between they would act as if they were doing you a monumental favor by approving any PTO.
