This employer says it cares about woek life balance, but they do not. Even though calls were few and far between they would act as if they were doing you a monumental favor by approving any PTO.

I like my co-workers, but unfortunately we were all in the same boat together.

The entire ethos of the company is to make money. They care about nothing else.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
As a recruiter I probably wouldn't tell my perspective employees that the hiring manager didnt want to hire them initially.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do a bait and switch on the pay. You're offered the position at one pay rate and after accepting are told your pay rate will dropcobsiderably.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
From my experience the only thing leadership is concerned with is the number of sales you make. They do not care how unethical you have to be to get those sales as long as you get them.
