Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Selectra is almost a criminal organization. You are punished for the smallest mistake with high fines, if you do not perform systematically all day you lose your bonuses. I earned on average up to 100K per month for Selectra and left 100 Euros in commissions.
