  • I usually work no more then 40 hours a week. As long as you are working and completing features, you do not have to worry about working more then that. Normally, leads cover on-call shifts.

  • The engineering leadership is very strong. We have several senior level developers/architects who have built extremely complex, mission critical applications that are relied on by millions of people. Their knowledge is comparable to any engineers/leads you'd find at the top tech companies, their experience is probably above them.
