What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are focused on providing the best environment for technical and remote employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First of all, they need to learn how to speak. They read prepared statements that are - at best - poorly written and lacking in awareness. They seem so removed from what the employees think, that they often seem to be at a different company. The company has no structure at all and that doesn't work.
